We bought a Springwel Mattress while being in Mumbai in 2006 September. Since then the mattress has caved in and is difficult to sleep on because it causes back aches.
After trying hard we got Springwel in Bangalore (because we live in Bangalore now) to have the mattress repaired twice in 2011 already. The condition of the mattress is still the same and un-sleepable on. Since June 16th, we have been trying to get them to check the mattress out, repair permanently or replace. Neither do they bother to reply. If they do, and promise that someone will show up to check the mattress - no one does. Even the person who finally came in, promised to get back within 2 days and hasn't.
This is a company which produces and sells spring mattresses at the usual market rate compared to other players in the market. However, their mattresses are of inferior quality and their warranty support completely appalling. BTW - while selling they say that they will provide a 10 year warranty on the mattresses.
