We made the mistake of choosing YOU telecom as the ISP about 2.5 months back.
Installation:
They were rapid in picking up the cash, and also in terms of getting the installation done all in two days. This process worked beautifully, and we were promised an uptime of 99.9%.
Up-time
However, from that time the service literally goes down every other day. They come up by the end of the day sometime, and sometime the next day. Here is an example - just in the month of May, we had to raise 12 tickets for no service.
Tech support
non-existing. They provide no clear answer of what in their network is down. Tech person comes in and says "oh, that is a line problem. and goes away".
Circle manager says - " we will increase the bandwidth"
customtakeouter Service
Their customtakeouter service call center is in Pune or Mumbai, which is disconnected from what is happening on the ground. They will log a ticket and have no other clue. They will never manage to answer a question straight.
We have asked a few times for partial refund of money, but that doesn't help either. There was some movement when I wrote to their CEO last time. That was about four days back, but the line has been down again for the last two days.
