Airtel broadband service must be the worst among all broadband services. The most unethical and unfair practice they follow is that charge us for a high speed monthly plan and provide not even one fourth of the guaranteed speed. When you raise the issue they blame it on technical issues and maintain... high speed is available in the AREA!. Why should we worry about the speed available in the area. If Airtel cannot provide the guaranteed speed to a subscriber to hen it should not collect the monthly plan charges for a high speed connection. These days consumer complaints to The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum can be easily filed on line. Gowtham, dont leave them. keep fighting. Threaten them that you will file complaint with the district consumer Forum. Today i got my money Rs 5900/- without any deduction from HDFC Ltd. If you keep quiet they wont refund.

Rahul, Dont leave them. I fought with HDFC Ltd and today they refunded me Rs 5900/- without any deduction. You will get your money if you talk to some senior Manager and threaten him with legal action / Consumer Court action

Exactly they did the same to me also. Took Rs 5900/- promising that I was eligible to apply for the loan after checking all my documents. After Rs 5900/- was paid the representative was not reachable and there was no update at all for 15 days. When the status was checked after 15 days it was shown t...hat the Application cannot be processed. This clearly means that the application was not processed. But HDFC refused to refund the amount of Rs 5900/- which was paid online. This company has no ethics and the senior management has no control over the untrained, uneducated sales people who are really jokers. Please be careful when making any payment to HDFC Ltd. Other banks do not take processing fees if there is no eligibility but HDFC Ltd will take processing fees after promising that the loan application has been approved. But the application will not be even processed. Beware of this fraudulent company.Read More

I too have the same experience with HDFC Ltd. The people who work at HDFC Ltd office in Ambattur, Chennai are irresponsible, discourteous and make false promises. There is one manager with the name Varun Ferdinand who promised that I will get my refund on 18th April 2022 and the money will be credit...ed to my account on this day. But he refuses to answer calls when I tried to contact him. I am not sure what ethics they follow in doing business. Without providing any services they just want to take away Rs 5900/- under the heading processing fees but the joke is that the online status says that the application was not even processed even after 15 days. Please be alert when dealing with HDFC Ltd and NEVEr pay any amount in advance against processing fees. This is a rogue company which is all out to cheat people and make money. very soo they will be taught a good lesson through the District Consumer Forum.Read More
