I feel this review is:
Recently I had a starting problem with my Swift petrol car and called up MyTVS call centre to request for urgent service. The call centre instead of taking down my service request, gave me a mobile number of a Technician. I would have spoken to the technician at least thrice explaining the urgency of the issue. The Technician promised to call me within one hour but no one called even after many one hours. TVS brand used to have a great reputation in Chennai and whole of Tamil Nadu years back. But it now appears that the group has lost focus on customer service and lost its reputation. I then called up GoMechanic and immediately the service was booked and the technician called up within 30 minutes.
