I have applied for top up loan on LAP, but they have rejected with in two days and they even not log in also, I have called and I told him to refund the processing fess amt. and From Last one and half month am sending mails to them but they are not responding properly. I call one of the sales manager I has agreed to refund the amt but still I didn't received the amt.
they are totally irresponsible, they are providing very poor service.
even they they are not sending reply mail also.
