Aramex claims it is an international courier service company but sadly it is not. No comparison with DHL or Fedex and UPS and for that matter even with DTDC. The company operates like a PAAN SHOP.
The India call centre is handled by guys who have no clue about their own system and they are so arrogant and behave as if they are doing favour to you after collecting a hefty amount from you. A consignment sent from India to Africa was kept in Dubai for 6 days saying they are waiting for compliance team approval. No one knows what is this approval and why it takes 6 days to get this approval. The consignment had chocolates and NOT Chemical or Nuclear material. The arrogancy of its India employees is something we cannot tolerate. NO POLITENESS at all. Boycot this company.
