ICICI Bank must be the bank providing lausiest customer service these days. I am sure even SBI in a remote village may be providing better service. I waited for almost 30 minutes today to reach a customer service executive but after holding for 30 minutes the call was disconnected without any notice. The quality of the people who handle customer service number is very poor - almost equal to toilet cleaners.
Not sure if ICICI Bank thinks that customers have no other option and that they will continue with ICICI Bank even if they are treated like SH IT. No way ICICI - we have many OPTIONS available. REMEMBER
