The customer executive asked me to Rs. 3550 as loan processing charges, they assured that they will tell me status of loan which includes "loan amount and roi" in 7 days.after 2 weeks when I asked, they said 7 working days.so they keep on delaying my processing and now 3 weeks are over.still not received any call or sanction letter from hdfc. I have started exploring other banks.
It was good bank in 2009, when I took loan for my first home.
But, now it is not that good. utterly disappointed by service.
Looks like, I lost Rs. 3550. But mainly I lost trust in HDFC.
