DTDC is trying to project as if it is managed by professionals but in reality their service is lousy. When you call the Customer Service the call is NOT ANSWERED even after 12 minutes. A courier received my their master franchisee on 12th Nov at 9.30 am was not delivered to the receiver in Ambattur till 7.00 p.m. God knows what they were doing from 9.30 am till 7.00 without delivering the packet and that too on a Saturday. so the next delivery will be on Monday. which means a courier given for within city delivery takes
3 days to deliver(if you are lucky to receive it on Monday). What kind of courier service is this. Today much lesser known couriers deliver much faster within same city. DTDC does not live upto customer expectation and has no right to claim itself a reliable courier service!
