I feel this review is:
I registered for diabetes tele Consultation with Zandu and received a call from a Doctor who listened to my issue and said that he will arrange to send medicine which will cost Rs 1500 per month. When I asked for the details of the medicine he refuse to provide medicine details and said details will be provided only after order the medicine. What kind of nonsense is this? Without even knowing the medicine name/details they want us to first pay for the medicine. This is a big frud - nothing else. Patient should have the option to choose the medicine and Zandu cannot force someone to buy whatever they offer just over the phone without even patient knowing what they are ordering. Please be alert.
