Extremely bad service by HDFC Ltd.
Not at all professional at their work.
Zero transparency.
HDFC Ltd think they don't need customer, rather customer needs them.
They don't respond to your queries. I have been sending lot of emails but not receiving proper response.
They do not give escalation emails id's, since all are KAM-CHOR.
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.
My suggestion to all home loan seekers, go every where but do not goto HDFC LTD for home loan. Your life will become HELL!
