If you can achieve 130Kmph in 150cc Unicorn, there should be either a serious problem with your speedometer or else your bike was mistakenly installed a 250cc engine. I’ve been also riding a Unicorn for about 1.5 years and I personally have achieved 105Kmph and top speed will be around 110Kmph. ... It will do 65Kmph if you always run it below 45Kmph. Else it gives 50-55Kmpl.Read More

Nice detailed review. Im also using this bike since November 2008 and I’m totally satisfied on it. Having Avg mileage of 54Kmpl. Such a amazing machine which achieves performance and mileage at the same time. Wonder how you could touch 120Kmph. Maximum I have seen is 115Kmph. But that’s too har...d to achieve since less acceleration after 105Kmph. I always ride it avg of 75-90Kmph. But I always change gears below 5K rpm. Read More

If you maintain your throttle below 5K (better not exceed 4K) in your 1st 500Km, I guarantee you'll get 55Kmpl average. Now I have done 640Km and i recorded the millage of my bike on every petrol liter i feed. 1st liter it did 55Km 2nd liter I couldnt check 3rd liter it did 53Km and 4th lit...er onwards it did 58-59Kmpl I did 1st service at 500Km and now I go upto 5K, 6K. Now I get average 60Kmpl with no problems. Im pretty happy of it. Secret is, you should careful until 1st service. I rode it max 40Kmph before 1st service and it can go 40Kmph in 3K rpm in 5th gear.Read More

Ha ha, sure dude. I love Hunk too. Actually I select only Hunk and Unicorn among Indians bikes. Though you told Hunk has same engine, I think Hunk got bit powerful one. It's not 100% same. Now I have done about 350Km and bike does 55Kmpl average. But on 4th petrol litre on the bike, it did about 59K...mpl. May be since Im riding under 40Kmph limit and 4K rpm. Anyhow I still love to ride Hunk too ;) Safe and Happy riding ^_^Read More

Machan Amila. I bought Honda Unicorn finally. Since my father wants to ride it and he doesnt like the hunk sporty look even i love. Anyway where do you do your service?? I bought my bike from Maradana Stafford motors. Im in Kadawatha and there is one in Mahara. I don't know about service centers... in Sri Lanka. Looks like Indians have a big issue in Services. How about SL service centers and which one is better?? Happy riding.Read More

Thts true. Im in Sri Lanka and Im still thinking why India doesn't try to produce quality, durable products other than these fancy products. Believe me, I still ride my father's 24years old Honda C90 (Japan) bike even today!!! And that's why today we don't think twise when you are going to buy a Jap...an bike!!!Read More

Hunk and Unicorn both bikes got same weight. Unicorn is not light!!! It's true unicorn got better mileage. But Hunk engine is powerful than Unicorn and Hunk has better acceleration and maximum speed. And Unicorn got a very smooth gear shifting compared to Hunk.

Looks like you don't deserve bikes. If the best bike in India gives your troubles, don't even think about others!!!

Nice review dude. Im also from Sri Lanka and tomorrow Im going to buy a HUNK after doing a massive research. Honda Unicorn is also here now and still Im thinking about Honda Unicorn too since it has much smooth engine and much smooth gear system and good mileage which hunk lacks. May be I’ll get a d...ecision after a test ride.Read More

What? Ride it in 20Kmph for good millage?? Then I would buy a bullock cart!!! lol. Else walking also good. What I understand is 125cc bike's millage is between 45-60Kmpl. If bike gives more than that, then it's giving extra troubles. Just chasing after millage is a foolish work.

Very usuful information are in this comment. Thanks. I'm using Suzuki gn-125 and i was going to sell it and buy Discover-125. But I just refuse it since it has no disbrakes which is very very important and which has saved my life several times. And Im thinking about Discover-135. It has all the feat...ures, now I wanna know the exact milage of it. My current bike works 45kmpl and its fantastic bike. So I'll refuse 135 bike also if it doesn't work atleast 55kmpl. ^_^Read More
