They refused to cover the refrigerator which was damaged in the movement! Highly un-professional people. I was considering taking them to the consumer forum, but since i have nothing in writing, not sure if the case would stick!

Completely agree. We had a similar experience just yesterday evening. They brought some college kids to unload the stuff! We are lucky that we did not have to unload ourselves!

If the facewash had been used, they have no right to say that it has been purchased that day, you mean to say that you never even used the face wash? Seems to me u were shoplifting and were caught in the act!
