ANURAG88, gear shift will be smooth after few 100 kms done, untill that slow down the rev rate before changing gears , then it will work like butter:))

man, you are worried about minor things, loosen the rear brakes a bit , so they wont bind and get heated up, only real issue is the starting noise , why didnt you start it in the showroom ? :))) relax, I do a hunk for 10000Kms for now, and its simply the best bike in 150 segment, no one dares to cha...llenge it, take it to well qualified service stations, regualarly check the drive chain and lube it, thats all:)))Read More

yakuza machan, How is your bike ? Im totally satisfied with my Hunk, Now I have done almost 1500, cool bike, if you keep RPM under 4500 you can get best mileage , when you rev up to 6000-7000 RPM it drinks the tank. hehe, Look at @BhaiRulz's comments, He is correct when you are riding ing near ...100Km/h . safe riding man. Mr Rules. ;; No point of arguing man, You cant see it and I cant show it, xD. I think the reason of the good mileage of the hunk in 150 segment is due to its carburetor. It will not give u instant pick up as a Pulsar do , but it will sustain the speed and gives you ample torque even in th...e 7000RPM range. Its a smooth operator . :0) Thanks for the comments anyway, I have discontinued this review . I read a lot from this site to learn about different bike models and I feel I gave something back to the community. So that's enough for me. Bhai...xD Read More

Hi , ''''One of my friends bought a Hero Honda Hunk. Though the bike has good looks its too heavy and the mileage is not so good. ''''' Its gives 50km/l on the highway before first service , and Hunk is just same weight as Unicorn, so how can you say Unicorn is light weight ? lolz Anyway sam...e motor runs on both bikes , Cheers AmilaRead More

hey dude, Its must be your bad birth stars, otherwise you can be in such a mess. Hunk runs on the proven CBZX , Unicone engine. You cant go that bad anyway. Stick to the Calibre , thats my advise to you, its your destiny!!! lolz Amila 100% satisfied Hunk rider

Hey Sam, Did you solve your gear issue ? The problem must be because of the new gear wheels , It will be ok when it gets polished. My Hunk is not giving any problems to report now, must be my luck! lolz...

Sam, Try adjusting the clutch to disengage the engine 100% upon full squeeze on the lever. and wait a bit till the RPM slows down to reduce the gear. I think your gear problem is due to clutching issue. Im no expert, but I think its a minor problem. No idea about security systems dude? do we... need one really? No comments on the P200 mate, its a different segment, and for a different purpose. Hunk is a middle path vehicle, a Sporty commuter, so some of that and some of this combined in to a good recipe. ( and I see nothing wrong in copying - but u have to do it nicely- u know what I mean - lolz :) Safe riding mates Amila Read More

Hi Sam, wow, nice meeting u pal, seems we are birds of same feather.. lols Your gear down shifting problem after 4th and 5th may be due to the higher rev of the engine at that time. Pls test shifting the same with the clutch 100% squeezed. Better try to adjest the clutch to totally disengage... the engine upon full use. I got this problem yet. No Idea about security systems yet man, even I feel I need one some times ( no real use for me actually - just for fun) but I fear that It will compromise the electrical system. :) Please advise me on this Sam. Is it safe to use one of these systems ? You are correct about the digital consoles, 100% agreed. and on pulsar , I think Pulsar200 is a great performance bike, guys who like the sport ride , go for it, but for young professionals , Hunk is recommended. classy looks + adequate performance plus great value for money. and second hand market value is higher than others because HH motor and Materials last longer than other brands. Hi soumen.sam , thanks bro, no doubt its a really good bike, best I ridden so far in the 150 segment. Feature set and the quality is unmatched. Some ppl complain it does not have digital consoles, Why we need digital anyway. ? I am a software engineer in profession , so I get enough digital f...eeling all day at work, so I d love to see fine art mechanical instruments on my bike when I am going home for a change ; LOL The bike is what It was meant to be , not what we think or like. I love the pulsars break lights , but why do I expect that in the Hunk ? then It will not be the Hunk any more ! dont u think '? Safe riding pal, give some exercise to your hunk more often, or it will get skinny.. :)))))))))) Read More
