Generally one wants a heap of facilities from his mobile phones these days. AN MP3 player, a camera, a video recorder, bluetooth, infra-red and lots of memory space for storing you data. Well, looking at these features it can be a fight between sony-erricsson walkman W800i, Nokia 3230 and MOTO SLVR L7.

Considering the prices of all W800i - Rs. 14,200/- having 256 MB memory which is not expandable and 1.3 MegaPixel camera. Has a good sound quality as it is a product from sony. User interface is not that good

Nokia 3230 has all the facilities but comes at ahigh price of 12,500 and the processor is very slow comapred to conventional nokia mobiles. There are some software problems too.

Moto SLVR L7 comes at a competetive price of 10,300 with an USB cable, 128 MB memory card and 12 MB inbuilt memory. The camera is quite good though it is not a pixel camera. Video recording can be done for a maximum of one minute. But motoraola is out with a software which when installed, one can record video images as long as his memory can store. This is a really good deal.

Moto L7 is also one of the slimmest phone you will ever find. Measuring just 11cm high it can really excite your senses. It's sleek look appeals you a lot. Black in color and red on mind. The user interface is very simple and easy to use. Moreover the keypad is almost embedded into the phone and doesn't come as a seperate entity in the phone. The jockey is also not like in usual Nokia 6600, but is more of a steering wheel kind.

The sound quality is I bet of the best quality. One just cannot make out the difference whether listening to an IPOD or L7 when it is adorned with headphones. Games are normal and there is nothing extravagant about it. You can play truetones in the phone.

Bluetooth enabled phone allows you to transfer files at ease. one more special feature is that the bluetooth is disabled after one minute automatically if no action takes place. This prevents the phone from being affected by viruses and other trojans.

Ringtones are ok. Few are good, but no special ringtones and it takes a back seat on this front. MP3 files can be played on the player. Head phones are of good quality. It has a sleek and a sexy look.

Though it doesn't have an Infra-red facility, so data files cannot be transferred to some older models of phones.

The memory is expandable to 512MB. This is an added advantage.

one disadvantage is that service centres are not located at strategic locations and hence sometimes might create problems

One of the best models, motorola has ever rolled out. Bet you can't get a better phone at this cost.
