1) The money goes off from your hand and the possession is never given at the promised time.

2) The quality of work also does not seem very impressive.

3)The R. P Villa project did not have the right set of documents for the approval of SBI Home loan.

4) They contract Patliputra Finances headed by Amit Kumar to allure all the buyers to go for a home loan from LIC Housing Finance Limited. This Mr. Amit Kumar has got contacts to get your loan application through LIC Housing Finance Limited. He so much takes control of the situation that he gets all the loan amount sanctioned cheques from the bank to the builder without the buyer's consent.

5) So its advisable to avoid Amit Kumar and his Patliputra Finances services, whatsoever the reason may be.

6) The builder demands black money[100 X Number of square feet of the house] . This amount is not mentioned on the selling price of the house . The buyer will be not provided any of the required document for the loan application without handing over the entire amount demanded by the builder as black money.(All they have to say is that this is how things work in Patna.)

Patna and the real estate in the city has to go a long way. Perhaps all the problems listed above are the very common among all the builders in Patna.
