The builder won’t help in getting OC they will keep on delaying giving excuses.They will sell most of the flat to their friends and relatives and those people keep the flat for investment purposes and won’t pay maintenance charge till it is not sold.But quality of construction is good.

In Bangalore, I live in Amoda apartment which is constructed by Valmark group. It is rented apartment and it is one of my relative's 3 BHK home. My balcony is east facing. so in morning direct sun rays come into my hall and master bedroom which makes entire environment very active.

It quality is super. After so many year, till now we did not face any issue related to quality. Tiles in bathroom and halls are good in quality. and there is enough space between blocks and vantilation is super. Because of its good vantilation, no need to install AC even in summer time.

All the amenities are super and impressive.

One of my cousin stays at Valmark Ananda and the quality seems impeccable. Right from bath fittings to tilings, I would say the builder has really thought about customers and have not compromised. I am just comparing this project with nearby options that we had like Raja or Nitesh. No doubt this apartment is a clear winner.

The dealings on the sale too have been quite professional. Most of the ameneties too have been functional within 6 months of moving in. The builder also kept the promise of timely delivery. I am not sure about people who booked during launch but we booked this flat after all the slabs were completed and there was no delay of handover. There were minor seepage issues that were rectified by builder after a few followups.

Ya, I had dreams to purchase a good apartment and also get everything, every facility to work here. And create all safety things to work here.

And also get good environment to make fell all and make me happy and work happy. And also near bengaluru and it made me happy. My work is also near bengaluru

The project plan, specification and other features looks attractive, but I am really not sure whether Valmark will be able to deliver this.

After visiting the model flat and discussing with their team I was about to finalize my booking but luckily I met few customers of Ananda Valmark which is near by, this is again a new project with hand-over process just finished. The customers here are facing loads of issues along with very bad customer service. So, anyone planning to go ahead with Apas, please have a look at Ananda and try to discuss with the customers there.

In my opinion, for the kind of issues faced by Ananda, I don't think they will be able to  deliver Apas which is of a higher magnitude.

I just went to see Apas last week by a friend's reference. The project is mind blowing in terms of the stunning View of Hulimavu Lake. The features are also brilliant. I liked the plans as well.

The 3 & 4 bedroom apartments are sized 3170 and 3560 sq ft respectively. It is 29 storeyed project. Easily the best project in Bangalore by leaps and bounds as of today.

Unfortunately the budget starts from Rs. 2.5 crore which is beyond my budget though its worth it. People who have budget just visit once and you will be swept off your feet, such extravagant it is. And they also said will allow complete customization of each apartment.
