We got a call from the Manju group tele-caller saying that they have newly opened a plot near coonur and we visited the place on 09-07-2022 and Mr. Rajan who is GM approached us and gave presentation about the plot and the plot was 5.5 cents which they are selling for 23 lakhs 72 000 thousand ( twenty three lakhs seventy two thousand ) and that i came to know the government value of the whole 5.5cents is only 1.94 lakhs in the hill station who is trying to sell to us for 23 lakhs 74 thousand , and we sed we will let us deside and let you know later but the GM Mr, Rajan compiled us to block and pay 25 thousand and the next day we asked for refund they won't respond to our call telling us fake story's that office week-off in working day , , and some other reason that they went to trip and they mentally tortured us and still torturing saying reasons my dad is a retired EX railway employee and he gave his pension amount to this Manju group we have every documents and evidence for the given money , i could give 0 star review if it had ...

They are worst company and no HR POLICIES they are cheaters to clients too ... They ruthless management!!

They not paid to staffs too .

They are not fit for international market..

Be aware of UAE CLIENT..

THEY ARE JUST COLLECTING MONEY...

If the staff aware to resign the job..the fake of raise absconding ..

Worst Manju group. I have transferred to Pune I hv paid 50, 000 advance but not refunding the amount almost 4 months. Submitted HR letter also they are saying 3 months wait now 4 months completed now saying not refundable. Customers money the r eating nd running the company all these years.

Never ever give token advance or booking advance however u call it..i did pay for a plot in Green spot near Mahindra world city.

They asked me signup some booking forms for the plot and they dished out card swiping machine and 3 to 4 people surround you saying your loan and everything will b sanctioned and not to worry and ask you to swipe ur card and i did it..All of them were extra nice and friendly asked for 1 lakh booking advance since I opted for a corner plot stating there is already another party waiting for the same unit pressuring me to swipe.

Something within me told that i shld not pay since I was not sure bank will give loan or not and they were extra nice giving me square feet disc. And car and gold coin off

Paid 25000..only...later loan got denied. That's it .NO RESPONSEFROM AND OF THEM THEY DONT ANSWER YOUR CALLS NOR WATSUPP MAGS..FINALLY I GOT TO TALK TO THEIR HEAD OFFICE..ONE FEMALE ANSWERED VERY ARROGANTLY SAYING REFUNF WILL TAKE ITS OWN TIME AND MORE OVER YOU GAVE ALREADY SIGNED FORM WHERE IT SAYS BOOKING ADVANCE..NON REFUNDABLE.. SO BE VERY CAREFULL IN Signing ANY PAPERS GUYS AND DONT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS UNLESS YOUR 200% SURE THAT THEY DELIVER WHAT THEY SWEET TALK.

Before book a property, I asked, if loan not approved, do you refund my booking amount?

Manju groups sales person Indhumathi, Kathik(GM), Venkatesh Babu(GM) were agreed to refund the booking advance if loan not approved.

On 22-Aug-2020, I paid Rs.50, 000 as booking amount for Manju Groups Avadi. I applied loan via Manju Group's loan agent Suresh. My loan was not approved.

Even after 3 years, Manju Groups is refusing to pay my booking advance. Be carefull and think 10 times before you book properties with Manju Groups. Don't buy any property fromManju Groups. If you want, you can call me and I can send my payment receipt.

One of the most unprofessional, shady people all over with the highest attitude. Unless or until you are 500% sure you will buy a property here don't even try and pay any token or booking advance. They say it's refundable but never in your life will you get it back. It's like a pretty in crocodile mouth. The legal and CRM team is full of rough people and they don't even speak with courtesy. If you are from a descent background and expect professionalism. This is the place. If you are a person who like to shop in a descent mall against Saravana stores this is not your place. This is a really shady place. They are in big demand of money and any money you give never returns. So i would suggest unless or until you are 5 times sure that you will buy a property here don't pay any advance or get carried away by those shady marketting executives who are full of lies alone and as well few of them may work on sidetracks and kickbacks too. So better be careful.

Worst ever response you will get once you end up in cancellations. You will be treated like king and queen until you book a plot. If there is an unforeseen situation and you are proceeding for a cancellation...then you are done and dusted. Not even single person from manju groups will pick your call , they start to reveal a list of illegal policies on refunds which they never open up during the plot booking time. Dear friends please support to show some light on these unethical organization. They just are looting people's hard money. When there is no business happening between me and manju groups why the hell they hold my money? What's the legal thing I can do this situations.

Please support if some one facing the same issue.

I don't have idea to buy a property in this pathetic coronavirus situation... But the way of Manju group person convinced me and the person who took me to the site and how he take care me to the entire day.... The ambience which they have on their sites are very neat and clean with all sanitized ..... So I book on the same day happy to be a customer of Manju groups

Money looters will tell less budget in the starting and will keep on adding more price once we pay the advance. Also the marketing team is worst will say lies to get you in and get advance later they tell stories. Wasted around 10 lakhs with this cheaters.

This project is very useful.5 lakhs invest 50 lakhs profit in 15 years.only tree profit was 50 lakhs.

Good service and low price. I have more then complaint in Manju Groups, but now no complaint in our end. All the complaints are step by step cleared, now am very satisfied.
