It should be one of the first builders in Kerala, it caters perfect dwelling in prime centers of the city(Ekm and Kottayam). Where other builders of this time perished, Jewel Homes is still existing and moving on strong with happy and satisfied clientele base. If it was really a fraud intended company they wouldn't have survived these years. Yes, they had some bad times and they recovered and moving on. They are not here to cheat YOU.

People, we gotta unite here! Jewel Homes based out of Kochi with projects in Kochi and Kottayam is a mega FRAUD dynasty! Whichever way you look at it, this company is there to CHEAT you and wipe off all your money in the blink of an eye. All their properties are pathetic in quality, new projects get delayed by at least 6 years and beyond! And you give them your money, you're trapped forever! Their documentation practices will put the biggest fraudsters to shame. They claim to bankrupt but that is not true. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN GO NEAR THIS FRAUDULENT BUILDER. BEWARE

This Builders service is very pathetic .They don't even think about their customers preference . This is a fraud company don't invest your money here. The quality of materials used for construction is very average. This company is a total fraud and has no value for their words.

I would like to write a review about this apartment. This is the great apartment. The maintenance is well designed. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. They should quickly give response to our issues.

The rooms and facilities are kept clean every day. This apartment is extremely beautiful and it gives a peaceful atmosphere. This apartment which offered many amenities which is very useful for us. They are providing laundry, fireplace, fitness center, garbage disposal, play ground, public transportation, courts and so on.

This apartment is on a convenient location. They are giving the 24 hours maintenance.

I am satisfied with the rent with all these facilities.

IT WIL HAVE ALL IMAGES ON THE WATER QUALITY, SINGLE DAMAGED ELEVATOR WCH REQUIRES REPAIR EVRY 3 WEEKS, POOR GENERATORS, NO SAFETY NO PASSAGE LIGHTS.AND BEST FIT SURROUNDING RIGHT IN THE GROUND FLOOR WITH A WONDERFUL Waste Mangmnt.enf for all to fall sick.very sick.

The apartment is in good locality & infopark is very near by. Hardly 5 minutes drive. Built is of average quality & you have all the amenities required. Added advantage is the power backup in all rooms. There is a small grocery shop nearby & you have a bank/ATM/post office/medical camp all in walkable distance. You do have a kindergarten, an engg college, MBA school, primary, upper primary & high school very near by. All is good. But the main issue is that, Brahmapuram solid waste processing plant is just few yards behind.

A search on google map will show you the proximity. atleast 2-3 hrs a day, it stinks here (very badly). But rent here is on a higher end, due to the IT industry. Same case with Jewel Keningston & Jewel Richmond. Those who want to 'invest' & rent it out, it's a good option. Rent is not going to come down in near future.

Advise: Avoid, if you are able to shell out 5 more lacs.
