Booked an apartment with their Taloja Vida Project called The Wisdom Tree in 2013 and was promised possession in 2017-2018, all money paid upfront, till date no sign of development, they have cheated people worth more than 1000 crores and are still continuing with their daily business without any fright or remorse, looks like everybody is in their pockets

Expat property office in Kuwait has sold Project ID 361-IND-MH-MY4, Project name - Mystic, Hills IV, unit no. 75, Location - Chive, Majare Jambhulpada, Maharashtra India, to me in Kuwait pn 2017 and they aren't updating on this property. Always they are giving false excuses.

I invested 11 lakhs in Mystic hills plots & Samruddhi in khalapur in 2014 & have been chasing them since then. I was promised registeration in 6 months. Until pandemic they were in touch via mail & trying to convince me to wait. But pandemic came to their rescue. They said due to pandemic their office is closed & their staff experiences network issues hence cannot remain in touch. I got their directors numbers who pose as employees (Anil Rajan & Berlyn D'Souza) but they never answer calls.

Is there any way out for us to get our money back?

My, booking id- B1000748 with expat and am a customer from Navi Mumbai Panvel. We have booked two 1-acre plots in expat Anahita project

during 2010 and 2014 with booking with a total consideration of 500, 000 INR per One acre.

We have paid the monies and we have payment receipts.

We have been chasing expat ever since, to register the plots. There are so many people who we were in contact with, and no one

takes responsibility or accountability to answer and resolve our queries. And now no one responds to phone calls, in Mumbai, Bangalore offices.

Finally when we understood we are not getting responses, we sent cancellation request as well in 2017. Refer attached images

I have invested in the above property at Panvel for NA bungalow plots but during my recent visit to the property the gates were locked and no access to the property. There is no care at the property. I bought a property in Goa in 2014, after many cheating stunts and denying my booked property they replaced with other property and handed over in april 2018 incomplete apartment on 4th floor without an elevator, can you image daily walking up & down 4 floors,

They cheated me and robbed away hard earned money by taking 2 years Maintenance charges in advance,

Their staff are well trained scamsters and fraudsters,

I have invested in their 1 of property called TALA valley for Rs. 9 lacs and paid all amount, now at the time of registration and transfer of property to me, I came to know that the property is still to be developed and after 1 year of follow up I could talk to there senior person Mr. Berlyn in Kurla office. He gave me option to shift to another proprty with same value. I agreed and now its been again more than 8 months that no one is there on call or in office to resolve my graviences. In fact I came to know that entire staff has been sacked due to their pathetic financial structure. It is one of worst cheaters in REAL estate parlance.

We booked a so-called plot in the year 2011. Its 2020. They are yet to return the money with interest nor handover the property. Expat has a properly choreographed responses for any of your queries. It includes a breakdown of the refund with compounded interest etc. I should be honest here. Luckily, we ended up paying little less than 5 lacs. I was informed that people had invested to the tune of crores. Money aside, its the fact we are deceived that hurts the most. I would be happy to form a group where we can come together and take a collective action. We need our money back. Whether its 1 lac or 1 crores. I am also a victim of this shady Company, having invested in two properties - one in Bangalore and other in Tindivanam for 1 acre of land. I am desperately trying to contact William who was the Manager for Dubai and Berlyn in Mumbai. Like others mentioned, they never come on the line. I am already fighting it out in Bangalore Courts thru'my lawyer.If we fight collectively it will be stronger. We bought 1 acre agricultural land in Expat Utsav in year 2014. We paid almost 7 lakh and cancelled booking due to some financial and medical reason and Mr Berlyn promised refund in60- 90 days but after waiting for more than 2 years still no refund. They are not responding to emails and calls. We are calling from morning till evening then we will get one message Mrberlyn will call but no call back. No responses on call , emails or no one ready to meet. They are giving reason no money, no fund available and giving reason n only reason but no money. We went to office and met other investor and got to know the same issues they have. Every time Mr berlyn is doing meeting or having conferences but never available to talk. Nobody from expat team have courtesy to talk or call back and arrange for refund. We are seriously
