Bhagyashree Developers, Bangalore

I am a victim of Bhagyashree Riviera Phase 1 layout who feel cheated by the developer. The phase 1 was sold out in the year 2006 and it was left wothout development for almost 8 years until the asphalting was done. Even today, developer has sold phase 2 to 4 and not fully developed Phase 1 for electricity and sewerage.

I have already filed a case against the developer with the consumer court and request all owners from Phase 1 to come forward and join to claim your hard earned money.

They have some very good developed layouts in North Bangalore, off Doddaballapura Road.

All the Layouts are as per BIAAPA norms and developed with all basics amenities like water, sewage, electrical supply, storm water drains, parks, pathway and asphalting roads.

They currently have projects called Bhagyashree Akshaya and Bhagyashree Apoorva which are too good on the Yelahanka and Doddaballapura Road.

If anyone looking for properties in north Bangalore I would surely recommend to buy a piece of land from them and be worth full for what you own.
