movie was simple but i felt it was a typical movie to impress the western audience like a guy, who goes from india , does not understand at all, what india was is a little bit too much to take, and many scenes could have been shown in a refined way.

i do agree quick fixes dont work in human relations, but definitely we need a starting point to tackle the issue, the first part in the book offers exactly this.

this movie is aimed at gandhi class, and by the way shankar is not known for his refined way of telling stories, especially when it comes to personal relationships he fails always, boys is a reiteration of the same point

I agree that movie was innovative. But too big a flashback style in the beginning and especially the ending was very lame dont you feel. I mean especially the stunt sequences. overall a good take.
