Well we have certainly come a loooooooooong way,ever since we were used to watching a small snippet or something on our good old DD1 channel in the early 90's. Things changed with the advent of Satellite television and CNBC and ABNI started giving us business coverage like never before. As if that was not enough,we CNBC India launching a virtually India dedicated channel and a finance portal through https://moneycontrol.com, the mouthpiece of the media giant.
The coverage of CNBC is simply stunning. The research is magnificent and the anchors(Senthil,Udyan,Govindraj and Raghav)really make life miserable for the so called ''CEO's'' of some unspeakable companies. Their analytic skills and the way they relate price movements just before major corporate developments is just the icing on the cake. A couple of programmes that really stand out are Taking stock - on saturdays Markets Today-weekdays Their coverage is simply unbelievable and you just have to watch it to believe it guys.
