I am having the same problem! I have bought an item today i.e 8/07/14and it says the dispatch date is 17/07/14 and after that it'll take 5-7 days for being delivered. Also before purchasing I asked customer care if I can return the item if I am not satisfied with the item, they said that since it is... a jewelry item below 2000 rupees, I can easily return it for a refund, now after purchasing the item and making an online payment I asked them again and they are saying that I can't return it because the jewellery item must be less than 1000 rupees!!! They keep lying and using fraudulent means! :(Read More
