I had ordered some precious goods from a website and it was being sold by a local dealer. The dealer guy sent aa my precious goods through DTDC. After that the mental torture I went through is unexplainable! There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER CARE! I had made the purchase through credit card, so the amount was already placed. I called 6 phone numbers listed on their website. NOT EVEN ONE FREAKING CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER attended to my calls. The one guy that answered my call had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA oF where my package was and no idea of my tracking number that was provided by the website. The ordeal ended a week later, when I finally after making many phone calls and giving online complaints, I received my package in POOR condition.
DO NOT make the mistake of getting your goods delivered by this useless courier company at all!
