MY ORDER DETAILS -


Order # 600035767 Dated 09/Jan/2014


I had been checking this website for few months and was apprehensive about actual size vs size on computer screen, quality, etc. I had always preferred touch and feel rather than buying online in terms of jewellary. After checking out reviews, I gave it a try and bought this "Noblesse Citrine Ring".


DELIVERY -


Delivery was delayed than committed. On ordering, the committed date was 24th Jan. I had mailed on 28th Jan. I am not sure of exact date but I had got the ring just before Valentine's day.


ON RECEIVING -


Yes, it was pretty much what I expected, a little smaller than what I had in mind but beautiful  with a nice box packing.


QUALITY -


Within few months, Gold near diamond setting discolored(Image 1). I complained to caratlane on 20/Nov/2014 . They picked the Ring, Guarantee Card and Original Bill on 22nd and the issue was resolved on 8/Dec/2014. The Ring was returned with Guarantee card only. Bill was not returned. I didn't bother much as I had bill on my mail(my mistake that I didn't follow up).


On 15/Sept/2015, one of the diamonds fell off, on 20/Sept/2015, another diamond fell off.(Image 2). In this image, second ring that I am wearing is my engagement ring(Diamond Ring) that I am wearing for 10 years now and never took off for a second. This was bought from Naqsh, GK-I, Delhi, a not so well known brand and quite near to your Delhi Showroom.  I am forced to compare you two. Why am I to pay more to Caratlane and get this kind of stuff and why not stick to my mother's jeweller and get more trust worthy product.


Yes, I had chated with your Customer care(twice) and notified the diamond issue to them. First one assured me of revert which never came. Second agent told me to visit GK's Showroom. No, I don't have time to run after you continuously or visit your showroom.


Now, if I plan to change it, you will pay me 80% of current prevailing rate for something I had planned to keep forever(my brother's gift) for no fault of mine.


To Caratlane - If you can, please rectify the issue(permanently).  This is second time now with the same piece of jewellary.
