I dunno where to begin. I have been having the worst week of my life coz of SBI. first off, their internet banking s*cks big time.Since a week I am unable to open a new FD account online or even operate an already existing fd account that I wanted to close. I have written literally about a hundred emails to contactcenter@sbi.co.in and gm.customer@sbi.co.in, absolutely no use. I just get an acknowledgement reply, nothing else.
SBI Customer Care? Seriously!?! That freaking does not exist! Those guys have absolutely no idea the way their bank works. I called them up a couple of times, then I realized doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result is?
So then, a friend of mine suggested sending an 'UNHAPPY' sms to 80082020**. Did it, no one called me back. Still waiting. And dont even get me started on the staff at the SBI Branch. They all act so arrogant as if they are doing me a very BIG FAVOUR! They dont see it as doing their job at all!
Time to change my bank to some private bank!
