I just had the exact same experience. I too have been taking the service contract from last 4 years. I had called to replace the filters which are covered in the contract expiring at the end of this month & the service person flatly put the condition to renew the contract! otherwise the filter w...ould not be changed. The service person was extremely rude in his dealing. With this kind of attitude and service I do not recommend Eureka Forbes at all. DO NOT Take the service contract at all even if you are already a customer. You can easily get the filters replaced with Rs. 500. There is no need to spend double the amount on the service contract. I too am facing hardware issues with my MacBook after 10 months of purchase! I still love Apple software, but am getting really angry with the service in India. I have given the MacBook to Apple Service 3 times in one month and problem is still unresolved! They had kept the book for 3 weeks. MacBoo...k did not start initially and they replaced the logic board to get it running. After replacing the logic board I can not shut it down! Not a good choice
ICICI Bank Visa Credit Card

The bank had acknowledged the famous 'System Error' and had reverted the points TWICE! Clearly there was no reason for these mistakes. I don't consider it safe for publicly publishing in this forum otherwise I would have furnish those statements for your reference (yes, I have saved those with me).

Thanks Mr. harsha, I had met a senior official in BSNL and complained. He called the responsible person of my area to enquire and to my surprise the guy on the other side had given up on correcting the problem and simply denied working on my line for reasons untold to me. The official then requested... to me to go back and he would take care of the connection. By that same evening the connection was up and is working fine since. That official called me once that week for confirmation. Till now I do not have any other complain on the line and the speed is also nice. At least better than the Sify I used in Bangalore.
