I purchased Tata sky in nov 06 . Somehow the adaptor was not working.We informed the person concerned many a times but tata sky people was not at all bothered. My product is in gurantee time.I called many times to the shop and many times to their chandigarh number but they only assured us. After 20 days I myself managed the adaptor from the market. I really felt cheated as they only sell the product and that is it. No after sales service.
They should understand that their product is new in the markat and spare parts are not easily available.I have really suffered and feeling really cheated. I will not recommend this product to anybody as their after sales service is very very very poor. Now I am really scared of such type of products which are active till their product is sold.After sales service is a very important aspact of any product. They should be active at your every call.
