I subscribed a magazine on Apr 23rd 2006 from the site which is not delivered as of now. That being almost the 3 months. The repeated status requests met the standard reply that it is being sent to the address.


After getting fed up with their responses and endless waiting; I asked for the cancellation of the order. That too has taken them a month and still have not refunded the amount.


They do not care about the delivery status and do not have any value of customer’s money. Never deal with them. Otherwise be prepared to loose your money without any trace.


The customer care is not responsive at all; they would respond after weeks.


The most concerning problem is refund of the amount that you already have paid. Just consider if you have to wait for 3 months !!! to get the refunds and that too with no assurence that it would even happen at all or not.


I had never seen such a pathetic service for any shopping portals. The overall rate review on this site shows the correct picture
