I have this USELESS Annual maintenance contract(a money swindling mechanism) with Eureka forbes which I got by paying Rs.1900 for 2 years. I am calling this service guys for the past two months to change the filter as my contract is expiring this month.
After so many calls these so called service guys turn up but instead of changing they washed it and put back the same filter back. On complaining they say I have to call the Customer care again becos they have no instruction to put a new one. Again after so many calls, this guy turns up but this time with a different method of cheating. He says he has the wrong complaint number and again goes back. Guess what, I am beside the phone again.
I am totally frustrated and really dont know what to do. I am in Dwarka, delhi and can be reached at 42781499. My complaint no is 82001496.
