Despite repeated reminders, we've not heard back. It validates our earlier assumption that this review is a conscious attempt to damage Digital Vidya's reputation. However, I will still wait for another 48 hours to hear from you.

Veeraraju & Ambirathore: Since there's no notification of follow up comments for the person who commented (i.e. me in this case), I didn't see your comments till recently.
You are right that I've posted same/similar message to all of these negative feedbacks. Given NONE of these are f...rom any of our actual participants, what else could I've done? As you would have noticed, not even a single reviewer responded with details of their ShaadiWish.
If any of these reviewers (to whom I've responded) are genuine, I invite them to our office or willing to meet them personally for them to prove that they are our participant. We will pay them 5 times the fee they've paid for our program.
It's not that we didn't have any dissatisfied customer. There have been situations (e.g. technology fault) due to which we've had bad experience for couple of our participants but the situation hasn't reached to stage in 6.5 years that so many participants would come and speak about us on platform like this.
Interestingly, you can notice that there's one genuine criticism of one of our prospects (anihoneyaniruddha) with whom I personally spoke to resolve his concern and you can see the same in the comments part of the review by him.
