I am a BSNL Bangalore user. The broadband is really good at speed. Customer care, though u need to wait little long on call, is good at service. The connection is reliable.

Hi Akhil, Yes, I have got the extended warranty of 1 year for Rs.500 (2 yrs also available) Price I mentioned is only for washing machine and delivery. The salesman says Rs.12,200 including delivery. If you ask any DTH customer, you will find no one is happy in all manners. I am using Big TV since its launch in Bangalore. Its nice. i am happy with the pack rates and picture quality.

so sad!!! I think you shoud always contact the Finance people sitting in car showrooms to avoid such disappointments. Sometimes loan / credit card calls some from agencies working for actual Banks to catch customers like you and me..!! anyways....have you got the car delivered? Congrats!

nice review Anil!! Even I am using BIG TV from more than a year in Bangalore. Thank God, no issues till now. Even I get signals during rain (it regains after some time of shower!!). I too use Reliance CDMA & GSM. CDMA reachability is very good. I had tried in lifts and basements too; and while train travel too. But I am not happy with GSM coverage. Its really poor; esp inside buildings.
