Only this kind of treatment is expected from Post office, I had a similar experience with them and was thinking why people still go to Post Office, it should be avoided completely untill they start behaving properly. The most in-efficient services experienced ever.

Hi Thanks for your review, If you have paid thru Credit card you are rather safe, in order to get a refund you can raise a claim to your credit card company 'goods not delivered and order cancelled' by submitting a screenshot proof of Timtara.com of your order and then copy of cancellation mail from... your side or seller's side. They are bloody cheaters. If you have paid thru credit card, raise a request to the credit card company to arrange refund for a cancelled order. They will require a proof of cancellation of order. You can have screen shots of your order page at Timtara.com and a copy of cancellation mail. Rgds,

Yes, it's Timtara.com. They don't allow customers to talk to the seniors, in fact they are not available at call center they don't reply mails and they think they are the smartest breed who can escape after collecting people's money.

Very good review, quite in detail. It is true that despite a market leader in mobiles they do not 'mostly' reply their customer's concerns as anyone will expect warmth from a company which in turn receives a lot of apperciation in shape of sales.

Yes. I am also using one, the features vs price is great. Truly a recommandable mobile from Nokia in this price catagory. (around Rs 4800/-)

True Jeorge, DishTV is the worst company as far as my experience goes on, customer care is real bliss to talk with, they will not listen to your concerns, rather will dictate some endless procedures and inform you that your last complaint was resolved on this this date, without any visit or reso...lution provided by them. I repent the day when I bought two connections one for my parents and the other for myself, on Mr. Shahruks advt. 'Aur wish karo, Dish karo', I think poor Shahruk would never know he is endorsing a bad bad product. I had a problem when local service centre told me that there is some problem with my set-top box and it needs to be repaired, they took two months to repair and returned it in very bad co...ndition (lot of scratches and badly handled), I informed customer support that as I had purchased one year subscription and repair work took two months so extend my subscription for two months but they refused. Now I am not receiving (since last 10 days) a channel named ’’Colors’’ despite the fact that I have paid for top-up of the same. Talking to customer care is really a bliss, as they suggested to pay for realignment of dish again within 25 days of a paid (Rs 250/- I have receipt) reinstalled. I feel cheated and very sad and want to inform many customers like me to NOT GO IN FOR DISH-TV, AS THEY ARE CHEATERS AND LATER YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION THAN TO DUMP THE PURCHASED EQUIPMENT AS IT WON’T WORK FOR OTHER DTH RECEPTION.
