I am quiet unfortunate to experience the Santhusth that is being offered by Sharukh
I bought a unit on 25th Jan 2008 , thereafter after so much pleading, begging and headaches calling the customercare on everyday , almost twice and after numerous e mails, finally Dish people sent a guy on the 30th of Jan 2008.
The thrill soon ended when the guy who installed the dish could not operationalise the connection taking the plea that within another 24 hrs it will be done ( inspite of the fact that my viewing card is a pre activated one) this guy also taken from me Rs. 300 on the guise of crediting to my account , hi, without a bill
so the story continues........
after 30th I again stared my pursuation with the dish customer care guys with e mails and phone calls
till date that is after the expiry of 14 days they could not do anything to activate my connection or to find out the issues
the customer care executives are trained well to misguide you they keep on promosing that within a stipulated time some of their executives will talk to you and the problem will be sold in another 24 hrs
but, nobody will call you , nor your problem will be sorted out
santhusth , still santhusth advice your friends and neighbours to try for a connection and bring home the head ache
admire god for his creation of local cable wala
he was so good inspite of the little problems you face occasionally
he never avoids your call, and always at your service
at least he dont misguide you or cheat you
suggestions invited from readers for alternate use of set top box /dish , can it be used as lid for overhead water tank hi hi .......
i am initiating legal proceedings against the company
poor dear sharukh he may not be knowing he is selling headaches, not santhusth
my children are definitely angry against him.
