Good info.. ..some more info: The banana has a thick outer skin that protects the inner-edibnle part making it the least bio-contaminated fruit...maintains freshness. Current status on my 5310... I mailed Nokia India this review a month back. Few days back one Himanshu from Nokia called me regarding the issue and asked to take the phone to Nokia Care. That was on 17th December. Then my son got a phone call from Nokia Care,Mulund (West), Mumbai for brin...ging the phone back to them. That means they have taken pains to track back the history of the phone and called up a person,my son, who had taken the phone to them in the first instant. Now I believe the phone is making a voyage to their main service center in Delhi. One major issue : a faulty phone ab initio, it's remedy lies in replacement only and not in tweaking here n there.Read More

I appreciate.. ..your concerns. Well said! Somewhere I believe all major companies and MNC's particularly have done their homework well- grievance redressal system in India is so pathetic that they can do away without settling the matter.
