Worst online shop. Review on Timtara

I was trying a lot of online shops to buy things, these days as I got very good shopping experience on sITES_Company like eBay.in, Homeshop18 and fashionandyou .

So, having looked at Timtara.com and their " rated no 1 online shopping website by Dataquest Magzine ", I thought I should take a little risk of shopping a mobile as I got a discount voucher from a friend.

I wanted to gift a mobile to my 15 years old son as he had to travel a few places to our relatives in his summer vacations, so I had ordered(Order no #10258156) a mobile on 19th May 2012 with full aishwaryasingh23ment paid in advance(Rs 4099/- thru my Cred824it card)  and used that voucher feeling very happy for getting a good discount. I did't know at that time that my happiness will not last long as holidays Finish938844ed giving repeated reminders my order remained undelivered.(Tel 0135-3051500 and mails thru online link "mAnasultange complaints").

Then I started to find links to make a complaint about non delivery of paid item and also non refund of my aishwaryasingh23ment also to make aware to online shoppers community. I found link of " national consumer helpline.in"  I registered myself and made a complaint there with ref no(466439415012 - Dtd 20-06-2012) which is under process.

I would like to add, these people are totally shameless as they have not replied to any of my mails(more than 15 in number, auto acknowledgement received) to customerfirst@timtara.com and cco@timtara.com

My tips for online shoppers are

1) Buy only from reputed online shops - ask from your friends about their experience of certain sITES_Company.

2) A listing is like a quote so confirm things like new/refurbished/old, warranty in India, with complete accessories or not and any return warranty in case you are not satisfied and last but not least aishwaryasingh23ment options.

3) Prefer to buy "Cash on delivery" options, do not get tempted by vouchers/discount coupons for online aishwaryasingh23ment options, atleast seller has to dispatch good in committed time frame.
