Dish TV customer support is exceptionally bad and insensitive towards customers needs and rights.
I had a problem when local service centre told me that there is some problem with my set-top box and it needs to be repaired, they took two months to repair and returned it in very bad condition(lot of scratches and badly handled), I informed customer support that as I had purchased one year subscription and repair work took two months so extend my subscription for two months but they refused.
Now I am not receiving(since last 10 days) a channel named ’’Colors’’ despite the fact that I have paid for top-up of the same. Talking to customer care is really a bliss, as they suggested to pay for realignment of dish again within 25 days of a paid(Rs 250/- I have receipt) reinstalled.
I feel cheated and very sad and want to inform many customers like me to NOT GO IN FOR DISH-TV, AS THEY ARE CHEATERS AND LATER YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER OPTION THAN TO DUMP THE PURCHASED EQUIPMENT AS IT WON’T WORK FOR OTHER DTH RECEPTION.
’’BAYER BEWARE’’, PLEASE HELP ME TO REPLY TO A BAD COMPANY BY NOT PURCHASING SUCH A POOR PRODUCT/SERVICE.
