I am using DISH TV for last 1 year.Their customer service is very very very poor. They don't care about you once you pay for subscription.
Nobody will listen to your problem. I am trying to temporarily deactive my account (for period of two months) from last one month, which means my purpose of deactivating it (because I am out of station and I should not be billed for that period when I am not using it) is now can't be fulfilled as already one month has been passed.
First, I talked at their call center, they ask me to send email for this. There was no reply to my email. Since then I am sending reminders again and again. I have sent around ten emails, but nobody cares about it as they want to grab your hard earned money.
Now I am not even getting their reply to my emails. I am now planning to take them to consumer court.
I would rate DISH TV as -5.
