This is also a one of the worst builders.

The bad about this is their customer service which is below average and not at all accurate for the customers they don't deal with the customers nicely and they were not solving the problem about the construction.The customer were fully irritated with this type of customer service and they don't happy also.

The staff of this company is also not good to their customers, they were not dealing the customer in a polite way and just boycott the customer.

The working speed of the worker for the given project is also very slow.They done their work very very slowly.and takes to much time to complete it.

Tha implementation rates of this company is too high as only few peoples could afford to heir them.

I am so sorry to write a review about this builders. As my job got transferred, I was searching for a good apartment. I came to knew about this apartment through an advertisement.

I had stayed in this apartment for about 5 months. But for me it was a bad experience and I changed to another apartment.

The customer service is really very bad. I had a problem regarding the pipe connection to our bathroom. Many times I met them and complained about this issue. But they didn't take any action against this. Even for calling them also they are not attending the calls.

The things that they attached inside the bedrooms are not quality products. The tap that they fit in the restroom was damaged very soon. Even on the walls also I saw some leakage at the mansoon season. Some bugs also I found on the carpet. They are not taking any necessary cleaning in the apartments.

The Internet connection was also disconnected sometimes.

Overall I didn't like this apartment for longer time and very soon I shifted to another apartment which I got in very reasonable rate than this apartment.

Krish property developers are one of the famous buiders. But, in my experience it is not good construction . recently I have brought a old house .

To remodulation of my house I was found the krish property developers. Fast there worked very good . after going on 18 to 20 days there was delaying the work . the builders are not in response . I have lost lot my money as there delaying the work .

After a long days there have completed with un satisfyingly .so I suggest to the people please once you verify the about construction .

I bought an apartment that was reconstructed by Krish Property Developers Private Limited - Mumbai 2 years ago . I chose Krish Property Developers Private Limited because Krish Property Developers Private Limited is one of the most known and trusted builder all over the India, Its name is very popular but unfortunately my experience has been not so good. the apartment I bought from them was on 2nd floor and after living there for 2 weeks, their was a Pipe Leakage from many pipes in the kitchen as well as bathrooms, Electric Wires were not evenly distributed that often resulted to Short Circuits. It was so disappointing as it was my first owned house. I would not recommend this Builder, there are many others, go for them.

Krish Property Develipers dissapointed me this time. I was finding builders for my new house and my uncle suggested Krish Property Developers. I had no choice other than hiring them because I had not any idea about builders. After hiring them I was very happy because they have started the work very well. After sometime they started delaying the work. Very often they stop work without any notice. Extreme delay costed me more than the budget. Now I know which builder I should not hire again.

I had heard about Krish property developers when one of my friend told me about them and how the delay caused to much money wastage that they quit the idea of making a new home in the plot.

Earn according to him Krish property developers gave all the information about the development and told all the work will begin in the specified date and after that no contact at all and even they took the payment. The phone calls were unanswered everyone and the date was told work will begin nobody came and not a Stine was moved.

Finally after 1 month someone came into contact and they still did the same thing just deals and further stretching of plans and it all went for 3 straight months and finally had to go to court to get the paid money back and only minor 2 lacs of 5 lacs was recovered from them and they never showed face again and neither the homes was every built and they quit the idea of making one. So I will just tell others to stay away and find some better builders.

I went to krish property developers for building the new home and if possible get a flat.I was told that everything will be done in front of me and every detail will be asked personally if needed.And a complete satisfaction will be given and all the work will be completed on schedule maybe a delay of 2-3 weeks max but will be on time.

But all this was a lie, the agreement was made, the advance was given and it started for 1 month and it went really slow .In 2nd month there was almost no progress at all and then the 3rd every requirement was not getting fulfilled so they even took the future maintainace charges as a bonus.

After almost 10 months there is still a structure made with no proper construction and is on stay.I am very disappointed as I was told a max of 6 months .The developer wont pick call and the process is going really slow and to be finished at 16th month

I am not sure about future and its construction promises all are fake.After such a bitter experiance I will not at all recommend you . Stay away stay safe .

I dont know much about krish property developers but I am very much cautious about this property developers. I hope you are very cautious about this developers. I before investing in this properties is very cautious as I have been already cheated by an builder.
