All GGD has ever done with its customers is give false promises. They promised the possession of Ganga Serio in Dec 2022 and then every few months they extend the promise by a few months. Now they are late by more than 1.5 years, it is Mar 2024 still they are saying a few months.

Nobody knows when they will give possession.

Goel Ganga is a fraud builder who is only behind money and provides worst service to customers in Ganga Liviano and Serio. The builder cannot even provide basic necessities like clean water, disfunctional solar system, non working waste disposal system, STP and on top is trying to extract extra maintenance funds.

One of the partner also gets very aggressive and threatens the society members. Stay away from this low class builder without any ethics.

Full of false promises & commitments- Sales team will lie like anything to get the flat booked.

Payment schedule is fully in favor of builder -they will build the whole structure, Flooring( everything mentioned in payment schedule) & get the 90-98% of money. After that they will leave common areas, stairs, lifts etc pending for 1-1.5 years until Rera date is just 4-5 months away. They will shamelessly claim that they delivered the flats before date. Though they committed flats to be delivered in Diwali -2022, already got 90-98% of money from 400+ flats - There is no light on the possession:(.

They will mentally harass you by adding late fee etc out of the blue & later remove it as they did a favor on their client.

They will do mistakes in the demand letter to pull more money.

Horrible experience . I can tell on behalf of 400+ folks - it is a mental harassment to book flat with Goel Ganga Developments .

Same thing happened for Ganga platino. It will be same for Ganga Avanta Mundhwa. Be careful & share.

With best carpet area in the vicinity and better floor plans I along with my bunch of friends went ahead with buying units in Ganga NewTown project in Dhanori Pune.

Till your sales agreement is done.everything looks great and after that it looked like this project team will bring down Goel Ganga brand image single handedly.

Worst CRM team to have with no responses over emails and once in 20 times over phone calls

False promises by sales team on referral programs and specially its implementation on ground

No escalation reaches correct team from management. Not sure if stakeholders are even aware about the situation or not.

I saw ppl smoking outside Gym many times so reported to Guard, who ignored me.

Reported to Manager of Ilyseum club, he scolded me to keep my mouth shut.

Amenities to Flat Owners - zero, no amenities

All amenities are for 50000+ rs annually.

Society is modern, people seen smoking, drinking inside society around jogging track.

So if you are ultra modern and status matters for you, then go for it.

We bought a 3bhk in Ganga Serio in 2021 with promise of delivery in Oct 2022. Sales manager Mr Ranjan Was all charming and promised us that apartment will be delivered on time. However after noticing on monthly visits that hardly any work had happened from OCt 2021 till Nov 2022. when we approached the builder we were met with indifference and lies, we were then promised that we will get our apartment by April 2023. even till date the building is far from ready and the staff doesnt pay any attention to clients once you have bought the property and even makes you wait 45 mins in their office while they sit and chit chat in their offices. highly unprofessional and big liars. please do not believe a word they say at the time of selling the apartment.

Very bad experience specially suffering from wrong commitments from sales people. I booked based on name of builder but have fallen in Trap of false commitment of its sales department.

I should have booked a ready possession flat somewhere else. Don't go by their words rather go by Date which is mentioned in your Agreement, sales person will keep telling you to give possession quite early but thats not true. They are not allowing site visits, you won't even know what's going on with your flat.

They said that I will receive my flat last year but still I am counting the days and can't see will get this year as well????
