I visited dreamz gk office in 2012.I knew that they are fraud but then also visited simultaneously because they showed their gratitude towards customer by offering them cold drinks and burgur.

And by the time when i m writing this review, if they are declared as a fraud then god bless the one who are betrayed.

Dreamz infra dorectors Dachin Nayak and Disja Chaudry cheated more than 2000 home buers and looted 15000 crors. More 100 crimnal cases are in pending in civil and cunsumer courts, the culprits are absconding. CID of Karnataka is investigating the matter.

My Papa booked a flat for me and after booking the flat and paying lakhs of amount he got to know those are cheaters and they did a fraud and ate all of the money..

Because of this news my Papa expired with heart attack.. this people should be hanged till death after recovering all the money

Sachin Naik is person who floated this company along with several other companies like TGS, Gruhakalyan, pooja. Com. Etc.

This guy was bar attender in Mumbai. He came to cheat innocent middle class people. He played with ambitions and emotions. Literally he is a cheat. His aim is to make money at the cost of blood shed from lower, middle class people. He ciphened money from all fake companies he floated. He has goondas as body guards. Remember he keeps changing his name, so that he can fool people again and again. God bless all victims.

Dreamz Infra and their sister concern companies are fraud companies, they cheated more than 2000 people of Bangalore and done around Rs. 2000 Cr. Scam. They have taken crore of rupees from innocent people and promise them to provide affordable home and when people do not get their possession on time and ask them to get money back, they have given bounce cheque to them & now all companies have been close down.

Customer Service -

At the time of registration, they treated the customer as God, provide them Cab & Food but after getting money from them they never entertained them. If customer come to office for refund they behave very badly to them

Staffs were also like the company, they were very polite while registration process but after getting the money they never listen to your problem and not ready to co-operate with the customer.

Hello guys, This review is regarding my bitter exeperience with the fraud real -eastate company Dreamz infra ltd, Since from many years, they are indulging in activies like preparing fake document of lands, cheating trapping the people and there hard earned money . I am from middle class family and the victim of this fraud company . I am very much interested in owning a flat in banglore . So on october 2013, I have invest my hard earned money in this fraud real-estate company in one of there prelaunch project called DREAMZ SUPRABHATA, vidhyaranyapur banglore .

At the time of intial discussion they told me they will start the construction within 45 days i.e mid of november 2013 and the possesion will be given within 18 to 20 months from that time i.e may/jun 2015 . By trusting there word's I booked 2 flat's of 3 bhk in this project. Also considering great discount offered at that time so I go for 100% payment, towards the cost of apartment we paid 30lakh rupee for two 3 bhk flat's . Once we paid the full amount, we got mou document from them and after the full payment they started behaving rudely if we ask any updation of the project. and now its been a long time and I didn't get my possesion and even the work is not started yet . So we opt out from the project and file a complaint for the refund of money in the company but after 1 year of complaint I didn't get any refund . This is the most cheated and fraud company in the market of banglore real-estate.

They just show you prospects of a lot of projects they are said to be developing. Almost all of them they will say will be starting construction with in next 2-3 months. The moment you take a site visit you can easily make out that the project is a fake. They are said to use the customers booking money for purchasing land. I don't really know whether they purchase any land, but they surely purchase a banner/board for their property. The moment they collect enough money from customers the board will also vanish and you may have to take rounds to get your money back from them. I have heard of a few really lucky guys who managed to get a refund, but most of them have lost their money.

This company is one of the biggest frauds in the real estate market. I visited their office long back and became suspicious of their offers. They launched their project Dreamz Sarovar near Silk Board and were offering 2BHK at 25 lakhs. When we visited the site we had some questions on approval but the sales person carefully avoided that and started making attractive offers like 20-25% discount for that particular day. We did not take it but one of my close fried bought one and paid 12lakhs in installments. They are now suffering as it seems the builder was a fraud, people please stay away from these kind of companies

I am staying in Bangalore from last 6 years. one year back I tried to go to visit Dreamz Infra to buy 2BHK flat.Their promotions are very good. They provide free pick up and drop cab service. They will promise within 2 years we will give the flat and they will stand their words. Many people block their money in Dreamz Infra buy believing them. Many of my colleagues are suffered a lot, stucking their money in dreamz infra. Finally I recommend you dont buy the flats in Dreamz

Dreamz gk - This developers is not very genuine, Their sales man judges the customers by attire and not by service. The customers service is very rude and uncomfortable which leads to dissatisfaction on individual person. Calling up for enquirers is like calling to government offices. No valuable information and no accuracy in the information given. I suggest there would be better management training for all the staffs for a proper customer service and handle all language customers. Kindly do hire educated executives who can handle customers in a very polite manner and maintain the customer relationship. Always remember CUSTOMERS ARE KINGS.

We had paid around 3 lakh during 2013 to book 2BHK flat of 33 lakh in Horamavu area. Monthly they used to send mail like this month land registration will be done and next week I used to get date postponed to next month. They delayed like this for 6 months. Later I got fed up and started putting pressure then over call they told project will be delayed if we want we can apply for withdrawal.

I applied for withdrawal and got 2 cheque of 1.5 lakh each and postdated to 3 months. In terms and condition they mention if customer request for withdrawal then 3 month post dated cheque will be issued if project get cancelled then only they will pay you immediately. I guess that won't happen going by there reputation.

Luckily after 3 months we got our money back. 1 year without any interest at least we got our principal amount.

I sincerly request each one of you not to fall prey to such things.

Plz be informed that DREAMS INFRA/DREAMZ/TGS Properties are one of the biggest fraudulent developers in bangalore, who has cheated many of the people. They have 2 more companies DREAMS and Gruha kalyan properties.All 3 belongs to a same lady called Ms Mandeep Kaur and companies running by her husband Sachin Naik who is the owner of Janasri news channel and SEND my Gift.They were also IPL sponsors. They give a very big advertisement in News paper saying 50% discounts on flats. They target middle class people. Don't know why govt has not taken action on them. Pls pass this msg to other groups and save your friends and relatives being cheated. Thank you.

Let me share my experience which u had with this property.In 2012 I visited the property/ builder and at that time they showed me a site and that was their prelaunch offer.even I found there was a binary and there was a board with this builders name.i was in a dilemma whether to go with this builders.later after 6 months when visited the same place to see the progress of the work, I found nothing was der.not the board nor the campus.That made me much surprise.

Dreamz infra is a fraud company. They are cheaters. Never invest your hard earned money in this company. Before going to buy anything from Dreamz look the online reviews. I am one of the victim of Dreamz Infra. On 26th Jan 2016, I have visited Dreamz Infra(by Dreamz transport) they have explained their properties in various places. I told them that, I need some time to decide on this. They said that, there are some good offers if you book now. I told them I need to discuss with my parents, for that they told you can provide a post dated check and book now, if you wish to continue fine otherwise we will return your check. I felt that this is fine. I have given the cheque for 1 lakh rupees for 4 days post dated cheque.

They absolutely stupids. Never believe them. If any body do not believe this, I can post voice recordings, bills and other doucments.

On 28th I called them(2 days before to cheque date) and informed that(to Prakash Singh - who explained the properties and booking formality done), I am not going to buy. They said, that's fine, we will return your cheque. Till this, I felt everything was fine. The same day I called another person Sashikanth(Senior to Prakash Singh) informed to him too. They both said responded positively and said that will return the cheque. After that I didn't get any mail or call from them. After two days I got an SMS from Citibank saying that, 1 lakh rupees processed for the cheque. I immediately called the both Prakash Singh and Sashikanth, they told that maybe by mistake it happens will return the money. Thereafter they didn't attend my calls. I called all the known numbers, but no use. On the weekend I went to the Dreamz Infra office, Prakash Singh told that will send a cheque in two days and he is going to cancel the booking.

After four days also I didn't get the cheque, they will not respond for phones. Again next week I went there, I checked by another person, he did cancellation process and told that within two days will get a cheque. This too not happen. After a lot of fights and discussions finally on Feb28 they accepted to give cheque and I got that on march 8th(not remember). They are given a post dated cheque(4 months- 28th June 2016) totally more than 5 months time. I thought that this battle over.On 26th June I have deposited cheque. it has bounced due to insufficient funds. They called me and told that no money in account on 25th night. What to do? Now I decided to go legally. I am sending demand notice for this.

How many days I suffered with Dreamz Infra people. I need to travel from KR Puram to Silk board every time because they are not picking the calls.

Hello friends today a review of all the people I'm going to tell you about fraud company called Dreamz Infra and it is located in Bangalore to fraud.I will tell you that this company is how fraud as well as I, with you, I will tell you my experience, I should also tell you that this company should never contact.

I'm going to tell you some of my experience, it works well in the company to give you a flat only if you want to make your home, you can build your house in such a way the company is governed.I had booked my flat before I took the money that I needed for the company and that the apartment you will find on this date But when I was that day so I was not too flat, had placed all my money already, you told me that you just can not get this apartment will have to wait a few days.

Then again, I was in that company and I said today is the date today I should find my apartment again and they said it just can not get you some work going flat But when I went there and saw there was no work going on and off like he was lying flat then I was back in that company and I wrote a complaint but also did not affect the complaint.My money still trapped and I have not received my money yet, from that day on I constantly am trying to get my money back but I have not yet found.This company is very, very fast in making excuses.The company is the first fraud takes money from their customers in advance, it is deposited in the bank and the bank's interest is to get the money back to you after it is probably too much time and then also earn money by doing it according to my experience, it takes a very large fraud company.

Finally I can say with all of you, please do not lose any of you got out with the company, If you do that, your money and your time will be wasted and in the end both will hurt you just.
