Credence Developers, Mumbai

Hai all,

I would like to write a review about this apartment. I had been there for 8 months. For me it was not a good experience. Many times I fought with the manager of this developers for unnecessarily increasing the rental rate every month. They are charging my increasing extra amminities bill. For parking also they are charging more than rate than any other apartments.

Before taking lease they were good in communication and behavior. After we gave advance and started staying there, then they showed their real character and disappointed our family.

The maintainance is very poor. They are not maintaining the apartment with well equipped materials. They are using very cheap quality products for construction and very soon getting leakage on the roof at the time of rain. The sanitation and waste disposal is too bad.

The staffs are not good at work. They are not helping. If we ask any help they sometimes should react with rude manner. The Internet connection is very poor. Many times it got disconnected.

They are constructed this apartment in cool and calm place, but still they are in maintainance and its maintenance sounds irritating the people. Our kids can not concentrating on their studies because of its heavy sound and shake.

We complained them many times, but they are still continuing their bad services. So overall I am not satisfied and won't recommend for others.

They are developers which mainly work on project like schools, stores, buildings etc. But in my friend case they are the villions which ate their money and don't work as my friend or many peoples family want and he also contract them to make a big wood store which looks outer is good but in inner side this is so boring and nobody can feel their at home. They demand more money as compared to their work and their work goes on depression. Their labours or staff also not good , they behave rudely. Their product implement rate is dumb look like because as their work they not guarantee to any thing which show how they are, so don't gave them any contract.

I am very sorry to tell about this developers. I had stayed here for more than 10 months and I have the bad experience from their side.

To be frank their services are not good. The rooms and its construction is not well maintained. We can see some faded spots on the walls. Everywhere there is full of termitaries. We complained this matter to the main staff. But they didn't take any good action against this.

The Internet connection also was sometimes disconnected. Comparing to the other apartments the rental rate is too big and not affordable for common people. The supply of the water sometimes stop due to the lack of generator connections.

The customer service is not good and not helpful for the customers. I am not satisfied with their service and support. I would not recommend to my friends about this apartment.

Hiii my self tamal behera, I am a civil enginne job in pune, This credence comoany is the best builders company in mumabi, I also apply job in this company, and this company provide heigh salary in your designation and well accomodation facility here in all staff, and pay salary time to time in all month.and most important thing staff promosion also in every year, I just like this company and I think in future this company is the bigest company in the world.Above two thousand workers work in this company.i just love thia company, yesterday I have apply this company for a diploma civil job and when I have this job.i will do in my best in every work

It is good company.It buildings are solids amd when the eartgquale accire they have all the equipments that is needed for the saftey of people.It price is also very low .And the location of the building is good .It is not very far from city or nor very near to city.It also has provide accesibility of electricity to the peoples.Gas is also present.Ilike this project very much.It will help the sociaty to grow and develop .This is very good project .So people should see the project and buy the property in the project

Today I want to talk about credence developers. I want to share my personal experience with you it was very very bad experience I want to share with you which will be helpful for you would choose best in your budget . I suggest you not to buy from this builders they are not trusted . First Anglo talked about customer service. Customer service is not very good in compare to the developer's so I will give only 2 stars to customer service. All over I did not like this developers so I suggest you not to buy from this developers. . .

I like this developers because they will give quality services and economically also very nice .one of my friend purchased a flat they told me that it is very good flat and with good accomidation and well furnished building.those who stays in mumbai I will suggest you to take this flat and builders.i liked it very much.

Hey, there I m not satsified witht his developer. As they are not working as they said. Always keep trying to contact them for bad services but they had never replied me. dont go for this! Plz contact another one if u looking for good work for the amount you have to pay!
