You felt The Hindu is pro-American?Thank goodness,Editor-In-Chief N.Ram is not seeing this!I think you will be the only person to have such an opinion.Please see Frontline,another Hindu group publication,and you will know why I am saying this!
In an age were newspapers compete for the number of pun...s in the Front and editorial pages,when most mainstream newspapers candidly admit that they are selling editorial pages(Pay some bucks,and you can write in the Editorial page of TOI!!) only Hindu stands out.It is the most unbiased newspaper in India.
I agree that its web addition is not eye-catching.But for me,content is more important!
I think 'The New Indian Express' is very biased towards BJP and its newprint is arguably the worst in business!Read More

{pooja}ya, perhaps the only good thing the journalist section has done for me is that i was able to watc...h my one of my fav. journo Amit Baruah(of The Hindu) in action.(a year back) But that was very much disappointing, it seemed words were stuck at mr.Baruah's mouth,and he looked dumb.

Well , radio city is something to which i tune to whenever I reach within its limits.I am from Kerala, where there are no private FM stations, so Radio City is definitly music to ears.
Anyway, it is a fair and nice review, keep it up.

I read all four of your reviews.I dont know from where you got the idea of writing a review in capital letters.All the reviews are very short,and useless.

Well, I am surprised. I used to consider DD as the best example of public sector's inefficiency. I cant believe that DD employees are hard working.
DD programs have always been useless,especially news and current affairs.I have stopped watching DD regularly for almost 3 years now,so I cant comment ...extensively.
But still I cant believe it!

the review was a very nice one, but you didnt mention abt the songs,hah? the songs were brilliant, and must have been the biggest hit of that year.
btw, MM is diametrically opposite to the typical 'good' malayalam movie with good stories.

Yaa, i heard the songs some 15 times.i liked the songs, especially the new experimentations. for the past couple of years, rahman was disappointing except for boys. nice to hear that he is back to his previous form.

Well, I think there has been a misunderstanding with Sidney Sheldon's sex.For all of your infO:Sidney Sheldon is considered as a perfect male by the world.
Never mind that, but the review was good. The book is quite okay. But it is good by Sheldon's standards. That guy thinks that he can get away ...with fooling people with his not-at-all-researched pulp fiction.

About the online edition,timesofindia.org :Well,the best online newspaper in India is HT's.I dont agree with some fof HT's ways,but still the site is well maintained,updated and more than anything, well presented. TOI webpage is very congest...ed,especially if you are using something other than Internet Explorer to view it,very much unlike HT's.I think you dont know that TOI has tried to sell sizes in Editorial page for 'impact' articles?
Of course,TOI will be having a very profitable web business thanks to Indiatimes.Read More

Nobody will associate Linux with Minix nowadays.Everything,including the kernel is very much different.(one is a monolithic kernel)
You thought getting into linux without password is a bug?You know nothing about this,buddy.(i am sorry abt the language.).This is called run level 1.(single user).It i...s not a bug,but a way of escape.Everyone is expected to put a password for your bootloader in linux.That is it.My goodness!You called it a bug!
All the other 'bugs' you have mentioned are due to poor configuration.Okay,Ignorance is Bliss,agreed!
One basic thing you have understand is that linux is free as in ' free speach',not as in 'free beer'.You seems to be under a different illusion.
Friends,believe me,linux has been the fastest growing operating system for the last 4 years.
I will write a detailed review some other time.

First of all:Linux was not built by Torvalds,but by thousands of programmers around the world.That is one of its plus points.Torvalds just wrote the GNU/Linux kernel.Actually GNU/Linux is the OS while linux is just the kernel.You have not mentioned anything about the Free Software Foundation(FSF),GN...U and Richald Stallman.Without mentioning about these,and the FSF ideology,and Linux review is just incomplete to the core.

Nice review.I was thinking that Plan would be a typical bollywood cliche with the song-dance sequences.Good to hear that there is some story in the film.I had noted the film when I saw the making of the song 'hota hai hota hai pyar....' in Channel V.Sameera sizzles,while Priyanka fizzles.
Seems lik...e a good bollywood masala.Sure,I will give it a look.
