U must go thru this..... Review on Doordarshan

Had the best of the experience working with doordarshan, had some job regarding a broadcast and the kind of support provided by the people out there was wonderful. almost everybody right from the lower ranks to top supported.

the kind of impression that has been out for the PSU is strongly changin , present scenario demands good salesmenship and that is what I saw at doordarshan. u need not run from desk to desk but with following the proper procedure the job is done to ur satisfaction. the environment n the office may look like a typical old fashioned govt office but the people are really hard working n helping.

PSU may have got the dubious distinction of being slow, unsupportive... but doordarshan is different,

technology wise they are good, knowledge wise their people are good.

the attitude of the staff is much better than their channel. the people very well know their job. there can be a few people who may not be having the right kind of attitude but overall I found the atmosphere quite friendly and intentions of people in totality quite supportive.

one thing for sure u r expected to follow the procedures. no short cuts allowed n that right too.....
