Dear author, 1.Did you file an official complaint with Air India or ICAO? 2. Have you filed the lawsuit yet? Failing the above two, I do not entirely trust the review. I consider this as just an overexpression of discontent regarding seating - personal hatred ('marathi' ) re-inforces my vi...ew :) International airlines are bound by international regulations. So, if it is indeed a breach, you have a solid case. I am not sure why negative reviews of Air India have 'anger' in them, which is absent in the negative reviews of all other airlines!
