Excellent Review & I'm also one of the proud owner of Swift. I own VXi 2009 Model having 1.3 CC. Mileage is not as efficient as yours & I'm getting around 13 in city & around 15 - 16 in Highway.

hey, I know kent service is just pathetic. Even I have encountered the same issue here couple of times. One of the latest few days back, since the tap got broke...when I called cust svc..they kept on calling but no one attended. Then I lost my temper & wrote one email to Noida office. Beleive it o...r not...my issue got fixed immediately & the people who held resposible for not fixing..got FIRED. Email id is - service@kent.co.in / sales@kent.co.in .
