Don’t Go for KENT water purifier. It is a very BAD product. And the main problem lies in Servicing. No one will be ready to do KENT service. I am facing the same problem. Within 1- 1/2yrs the KENT started giving sound and after that the real story started. The dealer said I left the KENT dealership ...because the product is giving more problems. And if u goes to other dealers they will charge u heavily. And if you pay also no output. Instead of that it is better to buy water outside in that money. If u talks to customer care of KENT they will direct u to someone and then he will do same to someone other. The overall conclusion is my KENT water purifier is just a show piece in my home and nothing more than that. NO use. Please don’t go for KENT. I did a consumer court complaint also against dealer but no use. The best way is not to but KENT water purifier. Search for some good option and post it so that I can also opt for the same.
