I just wanted to caution you all on KENT customer service. On 19-Apr, I booked Kent - Grand RO system for 14, 450/- from Good Mineral RO. The same was installed on Wed @ 12 noon. Installation took almost an hr & at the time of installation I did mention that it is not done properly. I mean, it was tilting towards right. But the person denied stating it is fine; nothing to worry. They did mention me that to fill the water full  & it would take some 30 mins & they left. By 1.30 water got filled; but started overflowing(due to incorrect installation). I immediately called up the person who installed, he said he'll come in the eve. Here below are the trend of my calls & outcome: 21-Apr - Did call & got response stating will attend in the eve without fail 22-Apr.


Same as earlier; stating will attend in the eve without fail 23-Apr - Called up customer service & lodged the complaint 24-Apr- Spoke to the same person who installed(Madhu) & he said will call me back in 2 mins; but no call. Again I called multiple times, but he didn't pickup my call. Called customer care & showed all my anger & abused royally. Customer Care did commit that she will take the ownership to send the technical, but didn't send Person who installed the system was Madhu; who is an guy(i apologize for the language).   Product seems to be OK, but everytime it overflows.I need to stand to near the system to swith it off; before it starts overflowing. Now, I stopped calling them & regret buying this product.


Update as of 04-May-10 - Last week again I called customer care & spoke to one mAnasultanger by name Mr. Narendra. He very politely accepted the mistake & assured me that he would send the technician within the same day. Now, it is over a week; no one has turned up.


Today also I called up the customer care @65656561 & spoke to one lady called Pushpalatha. She is one of the worst female customer care rep who is working there. From past 4 days; twice I got call from different technical by name vijay kumar assuring he will come. In fact, today also he had called & mentioned that he will come but didn't turn up till now which is really disgusting.


Guys,  i'm repeatedly telling you all; do not go for kent, even if they offer free of cost.

They are ONE of THE WORST service provider which I ever experienced. Just to narate -


Had taken AMC from One of Kent Franchise by name WATER WORLD located in Bangalore, though AMC dated 10th Feb 2017 though it is still active when I called for the service(After multiple calls) one Technician visited(11th Feb 18) by name Darshan and said there is one component need to be replaced and also filters will also to be changed & assured he will get back by Mon. Since then, I have been following up almost 10 times daily but no one is bother to attend my complaint. Every time I was provided false nhassurance stating the same technician is going to visit in 30 mins / one hour like that its been more than a week.


On 17th Feb when I threatened that I will escalate to the Company; then I was provided one of MAnasultanger No. by name Geetha @+91 70269 65422, but even she also started avoiding my call and never spoke to me.


Finally I happen to go for other Autohorized Franchise and got my work done by spending another 6k even though I had my AMC active


Have attached my Kent details along with the Franchise Bill where having AMC which is valid till Mar 2018
