Now this CHEATERS call us , come home for presentation and don't give voucher while coming home. They will say that it will be emailed from there chennai HO. And, if you happen to not take their membership then they won't mail the promised vouchers. CLUB MAHINDRA IS PERFECT CASE OF LIER. don't give ...any money to buy their membership. If this is the attitude towards us , then what will they do after giving lacs of Rs. to them. As it is per room cost is more than Rs. 7,000 per night for current Blue membership !!!Read More

This review was written few years back and the membership , maintenance , RCI etc. rates of that time. The NEW ROOM RATE PER NIGHT can be easily calculated and it is much even higher than Rs. 5,713 / Night room rate cost.

I have been to Bangkok & Phuket with family & not faced any such problem. What you experienced is quiet common in India or in thailand also. Such conning techniques are common in nature and one should not pay any hood to what such person says or tries to sell. Yes, at Bangkok airport , we tr...ied to take meter taxi ( Toyota Innova ) , but we paid almost double for the hotel - as cab driver told that for bigger car like Innova, charge is double - which was false as learnt latter in Bangkok city. Otherwise, it was no problem trip for us.
Such events happen in India as well. Delhi is known be a `thug' or Con city. Even in Mumbai, visitors have faced similar issues like yours.

Calculation of Inflation in Travel Industries ? I have seen Europe tour all inclusive package's cost increasing by 50% in more than 20 years. So, it's not high increase as you want us to `fear' us of Inflation. Also, your Club Mahindra holidays are not free from Inflation demon as yearly maintenance... charges for studio apt. has increased from 5,500 / year to 8,000/year in few years. So, stop telling people that yours is Inflation free holidays :)
Just check so many travel websites offering 3-4-5 star hotels at much much better rates than Club Mahindra's per day room cost as mentioned in my review.

You can try to put a block on one bad review , but what about when bad reviews pours. You can not stop word of mouth. This is not some movie which will corner a good revenue in few days and then bad reviews don't affect much. Hospitality ind. is not some perishable commodity sold once.

Yes, I agree with you that CM Goa ( which is CM's best property ) can be termed as very good 3 star or mere 4 star , but definitely NOT 5 star. CM salesmen will sell you Five Star dreams :):):)

I think all CM salesmen should be shown REAL Five Star resorts. ( Why Salesmen --- afterall they are just following what they have been told by Marketing & Management team of the co. )

Thanks. Yes, my whole point is that when you are paying lakhs of Rs. for getting lifetime of holidays, then why pay more and then wage a war for getting rooms ? ( by the way for Club Mahindra your lifetime is only 25 years. So, `if you take CM membership then your lifetime remained is only 25 years'... :) lol :) How can 25 years can be termed Lifetime ? The indian middle class who aspire for better holidays are shown rosy pictures and then being traped for CM pray :)Read More

5 hr onshore for Phuket in dark :) Seriously, it's a cheat. Do we pay only for sailing in ocean & eating in plastic dish ? How many days of cruise was ? --- so that I can read their itenery & understand the bluff of Star Cruise properly.
